We offer a 1-year fit-finish warranty. This means that the contractor guarantees their work for a full year after the project is completed. During this period, if there are any issues with the workmanship or materials used (like paint peeling, fixtures loosening, or minor structural issues), the contractor is responsible for fixing those problems at no extra cost to the client. This warranty ensures proper installation and workmanship of your project and aims to give clients peace of mind that the work was done properly.

We also offer a 10-year structural home warranty for our services. In simple terms, if something critical in the home's structure fails or gets damaged due to construction problems within those 10 years, the contractor or builder is responsible for fixing it. This warranty gives homeowners long-term protection against big, costly issues that could affect the home’s stability and safety.
